Laminating is the second process on base materials such as MDF, Particleboard & Plywood. It is suitable for producing melamine impregnating paper, decorative paper, PVC film & sliced veneer by wetting & drying processes. | GoodRich offers short cycle laminating Plants from their Principals in China. The production line is suitable for laminating raw board with 8" x 4" size or even 8" x 6" size. The production line of Short cycle laminating Plant is automatically controlled by PLC system, so that the reliability and flexibility of production line are greatly improved. Thermal heat oil is recommended to be used as the heating medium than steam, as the temperature tolerance of heat platen is controlled within + 2oC automatically & the use of thermal oil enables constant pressure & saves energy. |

LIST OF EQUIPMENTS-
RAW MATERIALS - 1. Raw MDF & Particleboards conforming to the country - specific standards; &
2. Melamine resin treated papers consisting of the base paper made of pure cellulose with a weight range between 80 & 140 grams/m2. They are impregnated with resin mixture consisting of melamine, urea, formalin, phosphoric & formic acids, sodium hydroxide solution, wetting agents & similar substances.
Note:In case the customers prefer to import melamine coated base paper & carry out melamine impregnation in-house, a separate horizontal impregnation line for melamine should be installed.
