Freeze drying technology uses sublimation principle, i.e. freezing the food at low temperature and then in vaccum, sublimate the solid-state ice directly to dehydrate and dry the food. This technology keeps the original colour, fragrance and shape of the food items and suitable for edible mushroom, cheese products, fish & shrimp processing, meat processing, instant tea and coffee, fruit powders, ready-to-eat food products etc.

GoodRich offers Freeze driers from China having evaporation capacities of 1.5 tons per day. The technology can be widely used for various food and pharmaceutical products.
