Laminate Flooring Production Line

INTRODUCTION -

The Intensified wood flooring refers to the derived wood material with a sandwich structure, which contains the following layers-

  1. Abrasive resistant layer
  2. Decorative layer
  3. Basic material layer
  4. Balance layer

The abrasive-resistant layer is the top transparent cover with high value of abrasion. The decorative layer is grain layer, which is visible from the top. This layer has the printed paper, which is coated with melamine solution & has the features of water-proof, humidity-proof, UV resistance and fire-resistance.

The basic material in the middle layer is formed through the reform of fibres under high-temperature and pressure, after the wood material is shattered. This layer of board is called High Density Fibre Board, which has strong flexibility and durability. The balance layer is the back cover. It is a high-molecular resin material glued to basic material and has the function of stabiliy and resisting the humidity.

The multi-layer compound flooring is processed under high precision by advanced technology and with a motto of protecting global environment and saving forest reserves. It has the same walking comfort and decoration effect, but more stable when compared to solid wood flooring.

The laminate flooring has been tested for time to counter the problems caused by weather and environment such as cracking, contracting & expanding and effectively resisting the exterior effects and weather changes. The laminate flooring comes with luxury, nobility and fashion. It can be quickly put together and used immediately after installation.

GoodRich offers Automatic Laminate flooring production line, which consists of the following machines-

  1. Feeding rollers
  2. Longitudinal
  3. Transtitional feeding rollers
  4. Transversal tenoner

All the cutter motors equipped on two tenoners are high speed motors (frequency converter) and the cutter spindles can be turned to meet different types of locks for flooring. The width is adjustable for tenoners through ball-screw & guide-rail, which ensures high precision & steady production.

Optional Facilities -

Single stage Horizontal Impregnating & drying Production line- It is an optional facility to continuously impregnate, dry & cut decoration paper for overlaying on High Density Fibre Board, which is the basic material for laminate flooring.

II Short cycle lamination production line- This is also an optional facility, which is used to decorate the top of laminate flooring with melamine impregnated paper.

Single stage Horizontal Impregnating & drying Production line- For Coating on the decorative paper, melamine-formaldehyde resins are prepared for direct overlaying on MDF/HDF during a short-cycle pressing process. The resin could be also urea-formaldehyde resin for the overlaying paper on top of melamine coated paper. Following are the resin & paper data-

III Floor forming line- Longitudinal & cross double-end tenoner is the standard equipment for mortising the two ends of laminate flooring. The machine has 8 shafts which can rotate at the angle of 3600C to meet the needs of clip type flooring. Double chain rails feed the sheets with high speed precision and the capacity of the flooring line is 1,500,000 m2/year. In the process of feeding, floor & chain rail will be on synchronous run so that there is no scratch on the board surface, nor the problem of table wearing.
